The king of pop and the violent prince of RNB – apparently, these two characters (I’m talking about Michael Jackson and Chris Brown) have nothing in common. But the BET Awards 2010 prove us wrong, since Chris Brown tried to wash off some of his sins paying an amazing tribute to Michael Jackson.

Introduced by Jermaine Jackson, Chris Brown started to perform on some of Jacko’s best known hits, including Billie Jean. He was then supposed to perform Man in the Mirror, but he was so overcome by emotion that he was barely able to hold off his tears!

Of course, this event sparked a new debate: were Chris Brown’s tears real or just fake, in order to fully prove the world that he has changed and is no longer the violent star everybody started to hate a while now.
