It was announced that the September issue of the Playboy magazine will feature hot Heidi Montag on the cover and most of the people who heard that anticipated the great and nude looks of the celebrity. Unfortunately for all of us, it appears that Heidi Montag won’t lose her clothes – not even for Playboy, even though I am sure that the pictorial itself will be steaming hot. Still, you can’t compare that with a dream-like session of seeing her great assets exactly as she sees then whenever she feels like. Sigh…

The bad news came via Heidi Montag’s sister, Holly Montag, who told usmagazine:

“She’s not nude…her Maxim cover was so gorgeous and tasteful, and I know Playboy is going to be the same. It’s really cool that she can be part of the Playboy family. I love it. I go up there all the time and play poker. I love the girls there, and it’s very cool to be a part of that legacy.”

Yep, I’m sure that it’s cool to be part of the “legacy,” but for us, the common people, that matters the least. We won’t get in there anytime soon and we would still prefer the chicks that get featured in the magazine to have as few clothes as possible (generally none would be a great number).

So after all we can’t say that we should be surprised to hear news like Hugh Hefner’s plans to sell the Playboy empire because there’s no profit involved in the process… after all, if you have a magazine for men who buy it to see naked chicks and you give them a hot but dressed up Heidi Montag… well, that’s a lose-lose situation. Sad.
