Kentucky Derby Odds may be Affected by the Track Condition

All is set for the Kentucky Derby 2010. Other than that, the Kentucky Derby Odds has already been made as well. For this year, the Kentucky Derby betting may be affected by the weather condition. Everybody is actually expecting that there is a 100 percent chance that it might rain during the Kentucky Derby. If this happens, there will be a great adverse effect on the conditions of the track. This is a big concern to the upcoming 136th Kentucky Derby. The weather condition is just one of the many issues to look out for when talking about the Kentucky Derby Odds.

By 6:30 P.M. ET, the rain is expected to fall at the Churchill Downs racetrack. And because the amount of the expected rain ranges from 2 up to 3 inches, the racetrack may become sloppy, making it hard for the jockeys to maneuver and for the horses to run. Given the expected conditions for the track, there is a big chance that the upcoming Kentucky Derby may be moved to a different schedule. Because there are still no certainties about the condition, the Kentucky Derby Odds are expected to be erratic as well.
