While they were having a wrap up party for a certain movie, the Miley Cyrus lap dance video was recorded by a disturbed adult. Miley Cyrus was actually doing a nasty dance with Adam Shankman. During the Miley Cyrus lap dance video, it is said that the teen star was only 16 at this time while Shankman is already 44!
