New Moon Actor Was Hit By a Cab

The Twilight Saga: New Moon actor Robert Pattinson was hit by a cab in New York while apparently running away from crazed teenage girls who wanted to see him, touch him, talk to him, get his autograph or do whatever crazed teenage girl fans do… And all I can say is that I imagine being a celebrity sucks: who else on Earth would run away from lots of girls wanting to meet YOU?
Either way, back to the New Moon actor Robert Pattinson, here’s hot it happened: he tried to run away from the fans and tried to cross the street to his trailer, when a taxi grazed his hip. Fortunately, even though Robert was stunned for a while, obviously scared, there were no serious injuries. However, the New York Daily news reports that his bodyguard started to yell at the girls:
“You see what you did, you almost killed him!”
However, a spokesperson for New Moon’s production company said that the reports regarding Robert Pattinson’s accident are exaggerated and the accident was not caused by the crazed teenage girl fans. Oh, yes, and production continues.
