Lynn Redgrave, one of the famed actresses in Britain, recently died because of breast cancer. Lynn Redgrave starred in shows like Gods and Monsters as well as Georgy Girl. At 67-years old, she is considered as one of the icons of the British movie industry.

According to Lynn Redgrave’s publicist, the actress had a tranquil death at her home in Connecticut. Before she departed, Lynn Redgrave was surrounded by her three children namely Annabel, Ben, and Pema .

In the statement released by Lynn Redgrave’s children they said that their mother ended her fight with breast cancer peacefully. When Lynn Redgrave knew about the condition, she lived, loved, and worked two times harder than she used to do.  For them, Lynn Redgrave was not just a mother or an actress. She was also a writer, a grandmother, and friend that they will always remember for as long as they live. The family of Lynn Redgrave also asks the media to please give them the privacy that they need during this hard time.

A month prior to Lynn Redgrave’s death, her brother Corin died. Her niece, Natasha Richardson, also had an accident a year ago due to skiing which resulted to death as well.
