Beauty Is Universal: 25 Countries Photoshop Experiment

US journalist Esther Honig decided to check out how a very vague concept, that of a beautiful person, actually translates in different countries on the globe. In order to achieve this goal, she took a photo of herself and sent it to people all over the world to edit it and “make her beautiful”. She didn’t say exactly what she wanted, but instead decided to see how the concept of beauty is seen throughout the countries.

You can check out the amazing pictures below, generally showing that beauty is an universal concept and, with very slight differences, we all see the same form of beauty.
