Finding the absolute perfect luxury holiday shouldn’t mean taking out a second mortgage. Turkey comes to the rescue here, offering some of the most amazing All Inclusive luxury hotels. And today, I am here to share the absolute best in the country.
Turkey is well known for the outstanding quality of its all-inclusive five-star resorts and trust me when I say that you can’t get the same price-to-quality ratio anywhere else in the world. Turkey should be the TOP destination if you’re looking for affordable luxury.
I have checked over 100 hotels to come up with this list of the best 5 star, all inclusive resorts in Turkey. I found the winners after hours of delightful research, using data from my own personal searches, verified reviews from major travel platforms, my own experience staying at all-inclusive hotels in Turkey and extensive video walkthroughs.
The resulting list highlights exactly where you can spend an unforgettable holiday. And to make your planning easier, I have included a quick breakdown of exactly what makes each property special.

1. Dobedan Exclusive Hotel & Spa (formerly Alva Donna, Belek)

- Vibe/Best For: Budget-conscious travelers wanting a premium feel.
- Price Bracket: $$
- Standout Feature: Excellent price-to-quality ratio.
This is the hotel I chose for my honeymoon back when it was known as Alva Donna Exclusive – and I chose it back then simply because it offered the best value of all the properties on my radar.
It recently went through a full rebrand to become Dobedan Exclusive Hotel & Spa, but it still offers the same (if not more) in terms of quality for the money.
The presentation is stunning and it truly delivers that perfect holiday feeling you dream about the whole year. I loved my time there so much, and I am sure you will do too.
2. Maxx Royal Golf Resort (Belek)

- Vibe/Best For: Unapologetic luxury and VIP treatment.
- Price Bracket: $$$$
- Standout Feature: Maldives-style overwater villas.
This hotel offers pure, unadulterated luxury – and even though it’s not the cheapest on the list, it’s absolutely worth it.
What would you say about having your own Maldives-style hut in the heart of Turkey, surrounded by the crystal clear water of the main pool, and stepping into your private jacuzzi for an early massage?
If you are like me, you’ll say “Count me in!” And you’ll love it!
This property sits surrounded by beautiful palm trees and delivers a level of service that rivals the most expensive destinations on earth. And this is just a small percentage of what Maxx Royal offers.
3. The Norm Oriental (formerly Fantasia Hotel De Luxe, Kemer)

- Vibe/Best For: Couples wanting a relaxed beach holiday.
- Price Bracket: $$
- Standout Feature: Private beach cabanas with dedicated service.
This is an incredible five-star resort like you can only find in Turkey. Operating previously as Fantasia Hotel De Luxe and now completely rebranded, this all-inclusive accommodation is heaven for couples wanting to relax in the sun or just have fun on their holiday.
And believe me, there are a ton of things to do. You can enjoy the sun near the huge pool or visit the mini aqua park with its three slides. Better yet, you can feel like royalty on the private beach and rent a cabana that comes with a mini-bar, a fan, and even a butler.
The Norm Oriental also has five restaurants (four of which are à la carte) along with six bars to test the local and imported drinks. Need I say more?
4. Pam Thermal Hotel (Pamukkale)

- Vibe/Best For: Wellness seekers and history lovers.
- Price Bracket: $$
- Standout Feature: Private thermal mud baths.
This property hosted Hollywood royalty back in the early 2010s, which gives you a hint about the standard of service they aim to provide.
Although it sits completely detached from the busy seaside resorts (so there is no sea nearby), the red thermal waters that you can test here are simply magnificent. And if you don’t like the natural springs, you can always go for a bath in the standard pool.
Next to the main hotel, you will find many bungalows and a beautiful garden with huge palm trees which will make your stay a dream come true.
And since you are in the area, you absolutely have to visit the cotton castle in Pamukkale. It is breathtaking and considered by many to be a modern natural wonder.
If you want to get a bit more in-depth with this location, you can check out my full Pam Thermal Hotel review on my travel blog.
5. Royal Holiday Palace (Antalya)

- Vibe/Best For: Families wanting endless entertainment.
- Price Bracket: $$$
- Standout Feature: The massive on-site amusement park.
This massive hotel covers an impressive area of 53,000 square meters. It opened back in 2011 and has maintained a stellar reputation ever since.
It features four pools, water slides (including smaller ones for kids), and even its own mini amusement park. It looks like the hotels from my wildest dreams (and remains highly affordable still).
As a quick tip: for the same service quality, you can choose other hotels in the chain like Royal Wings. They might not look as massive as this one, but they are still really spectacular and offer great family experiences.
6. Delphin Palace (Antalya)

- Vibe/Best For: Aqua park lovers and active families.
- Price Bracket: $$$
- Standout Feature: Consistently top-rated customer service.
Constantly considered one of the best hotels in Antalya overall, based on thousands of traveler reviews, Delphin Palace Deluxe has an aqua park and a mini fair, as well as all the possible ways you can imagine for spending your free time.
You get access to multiple restaurants serving everything from traditional Turkish plates to decliciously fresh seafood.
Their expansive private beach area is spectacular for catching the Mediterranean sun in total peace. You can just grab a cold drink, lay back on a plush lounger, and let the exceptional staff handle all your needs. This exact balance of excitement and high-end, luxury relaxation is exactly why I consider Delphin Palace Deluxe a must-visit hotel.
7. The Land of Legends Nickelodeon Hotel Antalya (Belek)

- Vibe/Best For: Immersive family fun and nostalgic travelers.
- Price Bracket: $$$
- Standout Feature: Direct access to Nickelodeon Land and cartoon-themed rooms.
If you want to step entirely out of the ordinary and into a technicolor dream world where your (and, most importantly, your children’s) cartoon characters are brought to life, this property changes the game for family resorts in the region.
Opened as Europe’s premier Nickelodeon destination, it completely redefines entertainment-led luxury.
You get fully themed rooms inspired by icons like SpongeBob SquarePants, PAW Patrol, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, alongside top-tier five-star comfort.
I love that staying here grants you free and unlimited access to the massive adjoining theme park and water park.
Between the character dining experiences, the incredible heated outdoor pools, and the playful splash zones, it brings an unmatched level of energy and awesomeness, especially for the young ones.
It is bold, incredibly fun, and a perfect addition to any modern family holiday itinerary.
8. Regnum Carya (Belek)

- Vibe/Best For: Golfers, large groups, and VIPs.
- Price Bracket: $$$$
- Standout Feature: World-class golf courses and ultra-luxury villas.
If you want to vacation exactly where world leaders and massive music acts spend their downtime, this is the place.Regnum Carya represents the peak of the Turkish Riviera luxury scene today.
I am talking about helicopter transfers, private ultra-luxury villas with their own massive pools, and white-glove service at every single touchpoint.
They even host major international golf tournaments on their pristine greens. It comes with a hefty price tag, but the experience is entirely in a league of its own and totally worth it if you can afford it.
9. Mardan Palace (Antalya)

- Vibe/Best For: Travelers wanting extreme, royal-level aesthetics.
- Price Bracket: $$$$
- Standout Feature: A massive pool featuring a sunken aquarium.
You just can’t talk about luxury Turkish resorts without mentioning this epic piece of wonder.
Titanic Mardan Palace is famous for its absurdly opulent Ottoman architecture. I am not exaggerating when I say the lobby looks like a museum coated in real gold leaf.
The massive central pool is so large that you have to take a gondola to cross it, and it even features a sunken aquarium right in the middle.
It is a visual masterpiece that will leave you speechless from the moment you walk through the front doors – and you will find plenty of amazing facts about it when you get there.
10. Cullinan Belek

- Vibe/Best For: Trendsetters and design lovers.
- Price Bracket: $$$$
- Standout Feature: Swim-up rooms with direct golf course views.
This is the newest heavy hitter in the region, and it dominates travel feeds on social media right now – and for all the right reasons.
Cullinan Belek features an incredibly aesthetic, modern design that feels much lighter and airier than the older traditional resorts, but which remains insanely attractive and offers a lot for the money.
The swim-up rooms here are great, too, allowing you to slide right into the water straight from your private terrace.
I love how they blended the beach environment with their sprawling golf courses: it is fresh, highly popular, and entirely worth the hype.
